TERMS

By joining Critter Care Network, you agree that you have read and that you accept the following terms and conditions of service. Critter Care Network reserves the right to terminate at any time and without notice the account of any member found in violation of any of these terms and conditions. Upon such termination any and all commissions and /or affiliate payments owed to you will be forfeited. In addition, if deemed necessary, Critter Care Network may choose to take legal action against any member whose violation of any of these terms results in damages and/or losses of any kind to Critte Care Network. These are not meant to frighten you. They are presented here not only for the protection of Critter Care Network, its owners and staff, but more importantly for the protection of YOU the member. Making sure that these terms are understood and followed by all who choose to join us provides the best way to ensure the continued growth and success of all Critter Care Members.

1. Members may join for FREE and receive a replicating web site. Free Members may receive the Critter Care Newsletter and access the public message board. Pro-Members agree to pay a yearly fee of $30.00 and $5.00 administration fee. Under no circumstances and for no reason shall this fee be returned. Pro-Member receive a replicating site, One Shared Profit position, Critter Care Newsletter, Critter Care Pro-Members Newsletter (Contains start your home business information), Pro-Members Message Board and Chat, Your pet's picture (1) on Our Critters Page, Your best business ad and link (1) on our Links Page, Your best business ad and link added to the Critter Care Newsletter and entry into our Matrix earning you commission on your downline (as outlined on International Opportunity Page).

2. You agree that you are of legal age in your city, state/province and country of residence to partake of the services of Critter Care Network and of other programs with which we may become associated in the future.

3. All content within the Critter Care Network website is Copyright 2002 Critter Care Network USA. Any copying, distribution or other use of such material without the express written consent of Critter Care Network is strictly prohibited. Use of promotional and/or advertising material of any kind not explicitly approved by Critter Care Network prohibited.

4. Membership in the Critter Care Network group is for your sole personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership or any home business start up information and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

5. You agree to use the Critter Care Network service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. Critter Care Network has a strict zero tolerance policy for unsolicited bulk email , unsolicited commercial email or SPAM of any kind whatsoever. Any member found to be in violation of our SPAM policy will be held completely and solely reponsible for any and all damages to Critter Care Network resulting from his/her actions (as outlined on Spamming Policy page).

6. You are solely reponsible for any and all financial reporting and taxation requirements, as set forth in your place of residence, resulting from your earnings with Critter Care Network and/or your home business.

7. Critter Care Network will keep all information provided by you confidential and shall use or disclose such information only for the puposes for which such information was orginally collected, or as required by law. WE WILL NOT GIVE OR SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, INCLUDING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, TO ANYONE, EVER.

8. You agree to in no way hold Critter Care Network responsible or liable in any form whatsoever for misrepresentations and/or damages resulting from your use of the services and/or products provided by Critter Care Network or the companies we place you into.

9. You agree to in no way hold Critter Care Network liable for any losses or damages, regardless of the form of action, resulting from the acts or omissions of other members or users (including unauthorized users or 'hackers') of our service.

11. You are responsible for keeping your members information up to date, including your email address. Email addresses must be able to receive HTML email. (There are many free web based email accounts that you can use.)
